How To Return An Item

The item to be returned must be in its original packing and in an unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions

Personalised items cannot be returned, unless the original item is in any way faulty. Please ensure that you have checked and confirmed your order details, ensuring that all spelling of any text is correct, before submitting your order.
We will send you an email with confirmation of your order. Please take the time to check that all details are correct. We accept no liability for incorrect information submitted to us.

You have 48hrs from receipt of confirmation of your order, for any changes to be made, or for the cancellation of your order.
Any changes made after the 48hrs will incur an extra 50% charge, if work has already commenced on you order.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Any garments/items purchased from Alison Wynne MUST NOT be dried in a Tumble Dryer.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

At busy periods, eg.Christmas, posting may take a little longer.

For unforeseen delays, we will contact you with a revised delivery date.


We use ‘ACP’ couriers to deliver our orders of 5 garments or more. If you have any cause for concerns with our courier please contact us – .

Small orders will be sent via 1st class post with The Royal Mail.

Order Tracking

If a Tracking No. is provided by the courier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Postage Rates

The rate charged for the posting of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of postage will be.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will post you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will post you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
